• How did they define the range and scope of the problem

         They consider issues like child safety shopping behavior and space availability.

•  How could you apply their methodology to developing a concept your exhibition piece? 

          Their methodology is  very useful to apply in concept development.Like them make a group and then plan for exhibition in different steps. We can apply their process like recording as a multidisciplinary team brainstormed, research to develop our concept. We can mix their idea that defining the range and scope of the problem and try to design and create the product to solve the problem.
